- Assist with the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and grounds.
- Follow a regular schedule of all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual cleaning requirements.
- Respond to service portal requests from employees and ensure safety and security protocols are followed within the facility.
- Performing cleaning duties such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing common areas, restrooms, and other facilities.
- Uses ladders, dusts and washes walls, cleans ceilings, wash windows, and dusts fixtures.
- Overseeing waste disposal, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting environmentally friendly practices.
- Safely operate industrial lift trucks and other motorized and non-motorized equipment.
- May remove stains from such surfaces as rugs, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
- Sweep walks, remove snow, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks on a need to basis.
- Picks up debris found on the grounds and dispose of properly.
- Provide support for company events, meetings, and conferences by setting up rooms, arranging furniture, etc.
- Pick up and clean up any spills in the interior and the exterior of the building.
- Assist in picking up any food products that might have fallen and spilled in the warehouse.
- Wash company passenger vehicles.
- Communicate completion and/or any issues that arise to supervisor.
- Ensure all work is done in accordance with process and safety guidelines and requirements.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to accommodate for special events.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One year building management or construction experience
- Experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or ventilation preferred
- Must be able to pass power industrial certification to operate power industrial equipment
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision
- Ability to lift/move approximately 65 pounds repeatedly
- The ability to climb/work at heights at or of above six feet
- Ability to work in severe weather conditions - both heat and cold
- Current, Arkansas driver's license and proof of insurance
