- Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities in events, exhibitions, and fit out sectors.
- Identifying and qualifying leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and objectives for event setup, exhibition stands and fit out projects.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitches that effectively showcase our services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including design, production, and project management, to ensure the successful execution and delivery of projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting their budgetary and timeline requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions progress using CRM software.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and build relationships within the events and exhibitions community.
