  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, service technicians, and other team members throughout the service process.
  • Document all service activities, including resolutions and follow-up actions, in the company database.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive company image.
Qualifications:
  • Dispatching Experience Preferred but not required
  • Customer Service Experience
  • US Work Authorization
  • Bilingual Russian/English
