We seek passionate and result-oriented BFSI and Real Estate Recruiters to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for various positions within the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI) and Real Estate sectors. Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies. Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to assess candidate suitability. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other team members. Manage the entire recruitment process, including offer negotiation and candidate onboarding. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and timely information. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing candidates. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity within the BFSI industry. Analyze recruitment metrics and reports to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the Real Estate and BFSI sector. Strong understanding of the above domains and their various roles and functions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to source, screen, and qualify candidates. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
