Join our team in assessing, treating, and managing caseloads at the middle & high school grade levels.   • Implement direct therapy and treatment plans under the supervision of an SLP.
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports.
  • Update student progress twice yearly.
  • Assist in scheduling IEP meetings and maintaining speech files.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • REQUIRED: Current California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) License
  • Associate's Degree in Speech Pathology or a Bachelor’s in Communication Disorders.
  • Ability to build rapport with staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive and collaborative demeanor.
  • Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of populations
  • Exercise good judgment in prioritization - complete assigned tasks without supervision
