- Influence research topics within the company's AM consortium and contribute to industry thought leadership.
- Lead proposal writing, marketing content development, and promotion of the company's AM expertise.
- Mentor and develop technical and communication skills within the team.
- Partner with equipment manufacturers to expand the company's AM capabilities.
- Ensure project execution meets technical standards and deliver high-quality results to clients.
- Master's degree in material science engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in industry or R&D, with at least 5 years focused on AM.
- Established expertise in AM technologies and proven ability to lead innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
- Passion for AM and a strong desire to contribute to its advancement in manufacturing.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
