- Lead all Internal Interactive teams (Tech, Developers, Project Management, QA, and Resource
- Coach and develop the team in their roles with regular performance reviews to ensure success in
- Act as the point of escalation for project issues raised by team leads, resolving problems quickly and
- Bring together a diverse team across multiple locations to ensure an efficient production setup,
- Ensure the team are well utilized (KPI driven) and performing to the high standard.
- Lead by example, to build an inclusive team culture, where collaboration, fresh thinking, a can-do
- Review team structure and resource on an ongoing basis and, with the help of data, ensure the client
- Plan resources for all Interactive teams and inform Business Director and Operations Lead of new
- Plan, prepare and implement the induction of new starters.
- Successfully establish a trusted and strong partnership with key clients.
- Build strong internal relationships across Hogarth and ensure successful collaboration of the
- Work closely with Global Interactive Director and functional SMEs to ensure on-going improvements
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology.
- Able to be flexible and respond to changing needs, both external and internal.
- Possess a strong understanding of, and consistently deliver against, all contractual obligations,
- Remove barriers and find solutions to meet client needs. Communicate clearly with clients on
- Excellence in operational planning and execution.
- Provide necessary data for budgets and constant reforecasting.
- Ensure compliance with Hogarth production processes.
- Set and manage client expectations while coordinating and ensuring all parties follow the agreed
- Ensure your account consistently delivers against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs
- Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are
- Create balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results.
- Identify training requirements for team members to ensure their adherence to processes and workflow
- Be a champion and leader of best practices in the region, and work with other Hogarth leads around
- Relevant industry experience and proven leadership background, including leading a large team
- Experience of leading innovation, leveraging emerging platforms and quickly facilitating new ideas and
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Know-how in working cross-functionally to build relationships between business units, technology,
- Experience working on international initiatives – ideally with exposure to emerging markets.
- Self-motivated and a self-starter.
- Extensive experience in costing, quotations, and project scope definition.
- Excellent communication skills to different target groups within the project team, management and
- Ensure understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements and SLAs of the
- Analytical and detailed in project documentation, accountability, and tracking.
- Pragmatic, team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of brands and brand challenges.
- The ability to function productively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- High level of IT literacy, including use of spreadsheets. Strong numeracy skills.
- Support Business Director and Operations Lead in revenue forecasting on an ongoing basis.
- Keep Business Director informed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect
- Ensure full compliance with all financial procedure and policies.
- Prioritization, time management and attention to detail.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, customer focused, and proactive.
- Possess technical understanding of mobile and web technologies necessary to run projects and
- Have a thorough understanding of Cloud computing, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript,
- Familiarity with creative production and development tools is always an advantage. Such software
- Must be able to travel as required
