Job DescriptionDanfoss Power Solutions is looking for a Quality Engineer who can understand our products from the end-user perspective, and who can ensure the delivery of quality solutions to our customers.If you would like to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced workday with contacts across the entire organization as well as external stakeholders, then you might be the candidate we are seeking.You will become part of a team consisting of skilled and committed colleagues, where you will play an important role in managing non-conformance, but more importantly, promoting a quality mindset to our people, and to assist the building of quality into our existing products and processes.The Quality departments finest task is to be the customers voice into the organization and support the business in improving products and processes - says Quality Manager, Julia Baker.Job ResponsibilitiesAs our new Quality Engineer, you will be the voice of the customer in coaching and developing our Operations teams. You will also promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.With focus on increasing the organizations knowledge and use of quality core tools, your mission will be to boost customer confidence by ensuring the quality of future products and processes within Connect & Control Solutions (CCS).Your main responsibilities will be to:

Provide support in the use of quality core tools (FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D).
Analyze product returns as part of the Corrective Action Process
Manage supplier Quality in conjunction with external Supplier Quality Group
Audit product and processes according to ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016 standards.

Background & SkillsTo be considered for this position you may have an educational background as B.Sc./M.Sc. in engineering or at least some years of solid hands-on experience working with electronics or quality projects.Furthermore, we are looking for the following skills and qualifications:

Advanced knowledge of core quality tools (APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and broad knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949:2016.
Proficient in written as well as spoken English.
Electronics knowledge is preferred.
