Job Title: Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Account ManagerWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, providing excellent customer service, and driving business growth.   • Manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Review and analyze client insurance portfolios, identify coverage gaps, and recommend appropriate coverage enhancements
  • Develop and present insurance proposals, negotiate terms, and secure new business opportunities
  • Monitor policy renewals, conduct policy reviews, and proactively address any issues or concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as underwriters and claims professionals, to ensure prompt and accurate service delivery
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior account managers, fostering their professional growth
  • Leverage Epic software knowledge to effectively manage client accounts and streamline processes
  • Utilize construction knowledge to specialize in providing insurance solutions to clients in the construction industry
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Insurance Account Manager
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts and achieving business growth targets
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, policies, and coverage options
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate complex insurance concepts to clients
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset
  • Epic software knowledge is a plus, with the ability to effectively navigate and utilize the system
  • Construction knowledge is a plus, enabling specialization in providing insurance solutions to clients in the construction industry
  • Relevant insurance industry certifications or designations are highly desirable (e.g., CIC, CPCU, CRM)
