- Conduct research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research techniques and industry standard primary research methods.
- Continuously monitor the market and provide insightful quantitative and strategic analysis to our clients through various channels like LinkedIn insights, job boards etc.
- Required to decipher research requests, scope and estimate the effort involved and map out the delivery plan.
- Analyse the research findings, draw inferences and conclusions in response to the research query.
- Report the findings in the form of a structured framework.
- Partner with talent team for all new engagements and be the provide consulting.
- Good understanding of Talent market and trends.
- 5+ years experience in market research.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking.
