- Sourcing, recruiting, and screening "cleared and non-cleared" Information Technology professionals such as Engineers, Developers, Architects, and Data Scientists for the most part; while building an effective pipeline of highly qualified professionals with security clearances.
- Creating, Building and Maintaining candidate relationships with active and passive candidates. We will assign you primary and secondary roles and methods to be successful.
- Proactively using social media and other open source platforms for recruitment marketing purposes. Ex. Google X-Ray, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Dribble, Reddit, Discord, Slack, Telegram ect...
- This opportunity is 100% REMOTE
- UNCAPPED commission earnings based on candidates placements of the company's clients

- Has a current legal business entity, or is considering to start one.
- 6+ years of Technical full-cycle recruiting experience of Information Technology/ Tech/ Cyber, in both cleared and non-cleared professionals with security clearances.
- Has an understanding of Security Clearances, the Cleared Talent space, and the differences and nuances associated with each, including renewals and expiration.
- Knows about each of the various levels of clearances: Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (TS/SCI-FSP), Top Secret/ Sensitive Compartmented Information with Counterintelligence Polygraph (TS/SCI-CIP), Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph (TS/SCI-P), Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI), Top Secret (TS), Secret (S), Confidential, and Public Trusts.
- Has recruiting & sourcing tools at disposal.
- Leverages online recruiting resources such as the internet, social media, professional organizations, and community associations to identify, prospect, recruit, and network with candidates.
- Understands recruiting within the IT vertical of Engineers, Developers, Architects, Data Scientists, IT, and Cyber Security professionals.
- Understands open source sourcing methods, and has recruiting & sourcing tools at disposal. Leverages online recruiting resources such as the internet, social media, professional organizations, and community associations to identify, prospecting, recruit, and network for candidates
- Be a US Citizen.
- Has an understanding of the military community or is a military veteran, servicemember, military spouse, or military advocate.
- Experience with building sourcing strategies and practicing deep online research.
- Understands and conducts various Boolean search practices.
- Approaches work with an organized and positive mindset, manages competing priorities, and deadlines proactively.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships and trust with candidates throughout the entire experience.
- Has a strong work ethic. Works independently and is responsible and accountable for personal and organizational goals.
