Nous sommes unis par un objectif commun : réimaginer le futur de la beauté.The Sephora Collection Retail Learning Expert Europe supports the development of the Sephora Collection brand and especially on the training & development of our retail staff in our network of European stores. Focusing on Beauty Advisors as well as Sephora Collection Captains. He/she works in partnership with central and local EU teams, following the strategy defined on the SC brand side and on the Sephora University side.RETAIL EDUCATIONAdapt the brand's training modules for Europe, according to Sephora University strategy and guidelines, integrating all the modern adult learning techniques and best learning practices.Organise Train the Trainers instances to have all our Europe Retail Trainers on board.Manage the translations of modules via a central provider and ensure their local deployment in liaison with the countries' retail training teams. And manage the roll out and distribution of retail learning boxes to each country.Contribute to the construction of the brand's training programs by providing field feedback to optimize them. Integrate the strategy wheel of Sephora University.Integrate Sephora Collection into the entire learning ecosystem designed by the Sephora University teams in the region.Visit countries, co-facilitate major training events in countries with local SU Teams.CAPTAINS PROGRAMLead and optimize the Captains program in Europe in liaison with the Referents in each country. Build a strong relationship with the referents.Produce content and tools following the global creation of content/ tools, avoiding double work of creation of tools, structure mission, monitoring, share best practices, organize or co-organize events (Captains Convention) to create a real community.Define and deploy the tools to select Captains, develop their skills and evaluate them. Determine with Human Resources the integration of Captains missions into a career plan.REPORTING & BUDGET MANAGEMENTCoordinate the communication between global SC Education Team, SU EME Team & Countries
  • Working closely with the SU EME PMO pool on:
  • Delivering Monthly updates with the brand
  • Organisation Monthly catch up with countries to check executed education plans
  • Discuss budget needs with global SC Education Team
  • Arbitrate prio training modules in coordination with the SC EU offer team
  • Follow up the execution of training materials, as our new ways of working facilitation by our local SU teams and integrate centrally designed.
  • Monthly reporting for Education with qualitative and quantitative aspects. Using the same working method as for out other prio modules roll out.
