STORE MANAGER

• Responsible for all aspects of managing a single retail store; including daily store operations, merchandise, inventory and expense control.
• Lead and execute all company initiatives and objectives, with an emphasis on maintaining top level customer experience and exceeding key performance indicator goals.
• Verify daily sales reports and cash receipts; ensures monies are deposited regularly, and reports are submitted as prescribed by company policies.
• Address customer needs, problem resolution, while ensuring positive and long-term relationships.
• Ensures inventory data is correct by performing and verification of accurate cycle counts, physical inventory, along with shipping and receiving of merchandise.
• Collaborate with District Manager to develop, coordinate, and identify cost-effective advertising and hiring strategies.
• Recruit, hire, train and mentor staff.
• Coach, counsel and execute performance reviews.
• Implement all store policies and procedures.
• Holds team accountable.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales management experience.
• Proficiency with supervisory and leadership capabilities to lead and motivate store associates.
• Ability to assess talent, coach, develop and manage performance.
• Passion for health, nutrition, fitness and helping others.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 40lbs.
