- Expected to be a key cross-functional contributor and collaborative member of our Sales and Marketing Team
- Initiate and execute the business development of action plans to penetrate new and existing markets
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
- Ensure pricing of all products meets expected profit margin
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Manage effective customer communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Partner with our outside sales contractor network and participate in customer calls together
- Analyze statistics or other data from our CRM system to determine the level of customer service our organization is providing
- Coordinating with customer service and production manager to ensure orders are delivered and exceed customer expectations
- Develop leads via CRM, trade show attendance, and other methods
- Serve on appropriate professional committees
- First 60 days of onboarding will be learning operations and the quoting process.
