Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic QEHS Management Systems Specialist to join our team. The QEHS Management Systems Specialist, supported by the QEHS MS Manager, is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation of the Business Management System ﴾BMS﴿ to meet internal requirements and those established in ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards. In the Deerfield Beach Headquarters, the QEHS MS Specialist also oversees the Environmental Health and Safety Programs.Essential Duties
  • Ensures the Building Management System (BMS) is implemented in the site and operates according to corporate requirements.
  • Identifies opportunities for improvement in the BMS and recommends/ implements actions to take advantage of these opportunities.
  • Participates in the BMS internal audit program
  • Organizes and provides BMS training to employees.
  • Coordinates the preparation of the agenda, the presentation, and the report of the management reviews at the plants according to the established requirements.
  • Participates in the Risk Assessments and collaborates to identify actions to mitigate risks, monitoring its implementation and effectiveness.
  • Participates in supplier's audits, is the contact point in the plants for all external audits.
  • Supports other departments in managing Non-Conformity Reports (NCR), incident investigations, Service-Related Complaints (SRC).
  • Manages Corrective Action Requests (CAR) and Recommendations for Improvement (REC) to ensure proper investigations and timely implementation of effective corrective actions.
  • Participates in the review and implementation of internal processes to ensure they operate efficiently and according to corporate requirements.
  • Prepares reports utilizing data analysis and summarizing tools and statistical techniques to support the organization.
  • Tours work areas to detect and correct unsafe conditions and unsafe behaviors with the support of responsible functions.
  • Supports with site emergency response by conducting exercises/drills.
  • Perform any other related tasks as directed by the Department Management.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules and instructions.
  • Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or the equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of related work experience, or any equivalent combination or related training and experience.
  • ASQ Certification is a plus (i.e., CQE, CQA, SSBB, etc.). Auditor Certifications in ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Standards are a plus.
  • The position requires the ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment. Use Microsoft Office Suite software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the Internet.
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Ability to stand up and walk for extensive periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Travel up to 30%.
