- Build data analytics to continuously enhance AWS Sustainability Tech products
- Deep dive complex customer inquiries and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Develop reporting solutions which distill complex data into actionable insights to drive product strategy
- Partner with product managers and engineers to support the launch of new product features that will yield benefits to Amazon customers
- Provide visibility into product development status on an ongoing basis to stakeholders and leadership

- 3+ years of relevant work experience in business intelligence or business analytics roles
- 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and Excel VBA or pivot tables
- 1+ years of experience in data visualization, such as Tableau, QuickSight, or other BI platformsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Masters in quantitative field
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in business intelligence or business analytics roles
- 1+ years of experience working in sustainability or energy industry
- Proven track record successfully gathering customer requirements, formulating business metrics, and extracting insights that led to tangible results
- Excellent speaking-listening-writing skills and attention to details

The base pay for this position ranges from $59,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
