We are currently looking for a new Process Manager who will join our team to help and oversee the R2R Balance sheet operations.KEY Responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end Balance Sheet, General ledger accounting and statutory reporting.Ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with KONE Finance function and Area’s business objectives.This role is strategic and involves cross-functional collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement of financial processes.This role also focuses on standardizing, harmonizing and automating financial processes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Also collaborates closely with various stakeholders to support business foals and drive financial excellence.Skills needed:Strong knowledge in Accounting, balance sheet auditing and accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS etc..,).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Expertise in change management and stakeholder engagement.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Cross-cultural competency and experience working in a global business context.This role requires a blend of technical financial expertise, strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a strong focus on Lean UX and continuous improvement.Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Professional qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are highly desirable.Extensive experience (7+ years) in finance, including a significant role in process management or transformation.Thorough understanding of the record-to-report domain of a large multinational company and passion for developing processes and working methods.Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives in a global setting.Strong understanding of financial systems and technology, including SAP ECC set-up (FICO, MM and FA modules), S4/HANA, Blackline or BS recon tools and process automation tools.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.What do we offer:Basic wage component from 2.500€/ month gross based on relevant experience and language skillsAnnual performance bonusInternational and professional environmentAttractive package of benefits and bonus schemeInformal working cultureKONE trainings in various areasCoaching and mentoring opportunitiesFlexible/Hybrid workingAt KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
