As a key contributor to the semiconductor foundry construction projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of facility design, construction, and commissioning. Your hands-on expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality, state-of-the-art facilities. You will be responsible for the building construction and maintenance including site preparation, structural work, system install, working with project managers, architects and contractors to oversee the construction process. You will ensure compliance with design specifications, perform functional testing of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc) and maintain accurate records of construction progress, change orders, and project milestones.
