- Welcoming guests to the hotel
- Be involved in the daily duties of our Front Office department from Customer care to cash handling and reservations
- Checking guests in and out using the hotel's reservation system
- Billing guests and processing payment with credit / debit cards
- Answering switchboard in a warm and welcoming manner and effectively transfer calls to correct extensions
- Liaising with the Accommodation department regularly to ensure rooms' status are updated
- Guest Assistance including giving directions, advising guests of hotel facilities, local amenities and attractions
- Listening and resolving guest complaints with empathy.
- Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
