Field Service Engineer - Sheet manufacturing #FutureshaperPurpose of the job· Customers are expecting local high level competence engineers to their Honeywell solutions investments. The Field Service Engineer has understanding of and manage deep technical discussions with customer in order for customer to trust, invest and re-invest in Honeywell solutions. The role is key to enable maximum performance and uptime of Honeywell's systems at customers' site. The local Field Service Engineer team accelerate together to higher competence & establish best practice, hence adding internal value as well as external.Responsibilities· Field Service Engineer, with solution mindset:o Perform hands-on work at customer site: preventive maintenance and service/repair as well as project deliverieso Perform hands-on work via remote connection on customers systems from home officeo Primary contact for specific customers, ensuring good communication and our deliverables· Solution providero Drive growth, using your technical knowhow, to show customer added value of Honeywell's solutions, upgrades, new products, promotions and automation planso Support sales with technical solutions, customer discussions and estimates on labour and schedulingo Support and coach local Field Service Engineers to add customer value (trouble shoot & execute deliverables as well as new products & promotions). Help establish best practice· Promote local Safety culture among Field Service Engineers· Be part of our On-call team· Work in close co-operation with our whole Sweden TeamTasks· The role include various tasks, which are in-line with above responsibilities and relevant to the purpose of the job as described aboveLocation and travel· Based in Gothenburg office or home office in area between Stockholm-Oslo-Gothenburg· Travel to customers weekly· Permanent work permit for Sweden, Denmark and NorwayExperience· More than 5 years experience hands-on in sheet manufacturingCompetence· Broad understanding of Honeywell's automation- and sensor solutions in sheet manufacturing (QCS environment: paper & board, batteries anode/cathode, plastics, etc.)o Deep specific knowledge in relevant areaso DCS skills are added pluso Programming in Labview· Fluent speaking and writing in English.
