Our client, a growing, boutique private equity firm HQ in NYC is looking to hire an administrative assistant to support a Partner and direct reports in their Palm Beach, Florida office. The successful candidate must enjoy working within a boutique, community-oriented office filled with diligent and dynamic individuals. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of administrative experience supporting a team and must be a confident and forward thinker. Strong attention to detail and a hardworking mentality is a must.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer and screen phones
  • Manage heavy calendars and prioritize conflicting appointments
  • Book internal and external meetings
  • Schedule conference calls and set up conference rooms
  • Prepare professionals with materials needed for meetings
  • Arrange domestic and international travel including flights, hotels, car services and dinner reservations
  • Process monthly travel and expense reports
  • Update and maintain Salesforce
  • Light personal work as needed
  • Always maintain a sense of confidentiality
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-3 years administrative experience in corporate environment
  • Must be poised and tactful at all times
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail when composing and proofing materials required
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Strong initiative and ownership of responsibilities
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
SALARY
$85-95K base+ discretionary bonus + excellent benefits.HOURS
