On behalf of our client, a leading legal professional services organisation, GRS are recruiting an Junior Advocate in Malta who will assist with the local and international client base and a predominantly corporate and commercial practice with a focus on financial services, shipping and corporate law. This role calls for someone with a sound academic preparation, a positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, a collaborative working style, the ability to communicate confidently and effectively, a sense of commercial awareness and a commitment to a career in law. If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience, then GRS look forward to receiving your CV for this Malta based Junior Advocate role.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare and review legal documents, including contracts, templates, legal opinions, letters, and analyses related to software, labor, tax, and corporate matters (under supervision).Conduct research to retrieve necessary legal information.Interact with agents, state agencies, and financial institutions.Development of skills in legal research, staying informed about relevant laws and regulations.CANDIDATE PROFILE

Applicants must be law students who have completed or are in the process of completing their Master of Advocacy
Be detailed oriented, analytical and well organised
A positive, energetic can-do attitude coupled with excellent communication skills
Ability to engage with various professionals, both internally and externally within the firm
