Job Summary/Basic FunctionAssist faculty, staff, & students experiencing technology issues of a wide variety.
Configure, deploy, and maintain Mac, PC, mobile devices, and peripherals. Maintain classroom multimedia technology.
Required QualificationsCurrent or recent coursework pursuant to a degree related to digital technology. This position is 50/50 eligible, student must be enrolled full-time and have at least a 2.0 GPA in order to qualify.
Preferred QualificationsStrong familiarity with macOS and Windows operating systems, computer hardware, peripherals, and application functionality. Basic understanding of mobile devices systems including iPads, Chromebook, iOS and Android devices.

Visual Acuity Requirements including color, depth perception and field of vision. Required to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; using a computer terminal; extensive reading.
