- Manage and direct the Client Acquisition Team - a joint marketing and sales team dedicated solely to winning new business.
- Manage and direct our Digital Advertising Team - a team dedicated to developing, implementing, and monitoring the performance of our client’s digital advertising strategy.
- Win new business.
- Build a reliable, scalable marketing and sales funnel.
- Maintain a defined and very focused target market.
- Ensure there is great, engaging content on our website.
- Find and secure speaking opportunities at conferences for our CEO, other team members, and/or yourself (if you’re good at it).
- Run effective digital ad campaigns that measurably increase leads.
- Ensure we have effective outbound campaigns in place (mailers, emails, cold calling, etc.).
- Develop and implement a digital advertising strategy for clients.
- Marketing expert with management experience. Director, AVP, or VP level applicants would make great candidates.
- Highly skilled and experienced in digital marketing - specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Engine Optimization.
- Strategic - See the forest through the trees. Be 10 steps ahead of everyone else. See trends, opportunities, and troubles before others and plan for them.
- Has experience in, or at least a deep understanding of, B2B sales.
- Show us a track record of success. We’d like to see someone that has directly impacted revenue growth for a company. Examples: opened new territories, marketed new product lines, turned around a struggling marketing department.
- The perfect candidate would have experience in a tech/SaaS environment and the multifamily industry. Either would be a bonus, neither are required.
- A person of character. No exceptions.
