Job Title: Associate Treasury Analyst II- Cash ManagementDepartment / Division: Finance / TreasurySalary Range: $66,799- $86,446 per year plus an annual bonusLocation: Ada, MI (Hybrid)What We're Looking For:We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support our corporate cash management and foreign exchange back-office functions. In this role, you will support daily cash management responsibilities associated with business operation requirements, including executing transactions related to corporate entity loans, interest, recapitalizations, and dividend flows, completing periodic manual check deposits, and maintaining/monitoring daily cash positions. You will be primary back-office support for our best-in-class foreign exchange risk management program, which includes managing foreign exchange trade netting, preparation of settlement instructions and initiating account funding transactions necessary to meet foreign exchange contract commitments. You will serve as primary administer and local system expert for our corporate e-banking platform (BoA CashPro) and Amway's Treasury Management System (Kyriba), with a strong focus on segregation of duties and internal controls. You will be expected to deliver timely and accurate monthly reporting to ensure proper recognition of Treasury-related activities in the books and records of the Company.In this role, your ability to work collaboratively will be highly valued as you work with many internal and external partners. You will collaborate with Corporate and Global Treasury counterparts to maintain short-term US cash forecasts and support long-term US cash forecast modeling/development. You will work with the Treasury Manager and other Treasury Analysts to identify and execute strategic movements of global cash. You will serve as primary point of contact for corporate and global counterparts with ad hoc cash management, payments, and foreign exchange questions/issues. Finally, you will leverage your experiences/interest in data and analytics tools and your continuous improvement mindset to help us enhance processes and refine our data analysis to better accomplish our goals and objectives.Required qualifications:
  • 1-3 years' experience in Finance or Accounting
  • BA/BS in Business, Finance, or similar field
Skills to be successful in the role:
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Knowledge and/or professional experience with global banking systems, cash management and forecasting
  • Familiarity/experience with data and analytics tools and ability to process, analyze, and derive insights from large volumes of data
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities, including effective prioritization and time allocation
  • Ability to formulate and communicate conclusions and recommendations using facts and data, financial and business analysis, deductive reasoning, and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated financial, business, and analytical acumen is critical to this role
