As an Executive Secretary, you will provide support to the executive team, including managing multiple calendars, answering and prioritizing multiple modes of communications or correspondence, facilitating travel arrangements, managing expense reports, providing budget support, policy management, and other tasks promoting efficient organizational operations.The ideal candidate exercises critical thinking, the ability to direct workflow while quickly adapting to change, and exercising a high level of confidentiality in work practices. This is a full-time 40 hours per week day shift position.You may be a qualified applicant based on the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business administration preferred. A minimum of an Associate's degree required.
  • Three years of administrative experience in an executive secretarial level position required.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for project management and data analytics through work experience.
  • Familiarity with coordinating, facilitating, and troubleshooting videoconferencing software, preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include spelling, grammar, and proofreading ability required.
This is a full-time (40 hours) position working Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm.Our ValuesListen~Love~Respect~Excel~InnovateThe Executive Secretary will support Administration, and obtain direction from the Administration Office Manager and work closely with other support staff, Department Leaders, Senior Leadership Team, Board of Commissioners, and the Medical Staff.
