Team comprises few hand-picked professionals raring to make a difference; organized under a flat structure Enablers is startup advisory firm which partners with early and mid-stage companies through their fundraising journey. We are sector agnostic and work on transactions across stages ranging from Seed to Series C. Enablers has closed 35+ transactions in edtech, AgriTech, HealthTech, fintech, Insurtech, consumer and SaaS among others. Title: Sr. Associate at Enablers (ValPro) Experience: 3 - 4 years of Investment Banking experience Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA from a reputed institute CTC: 12LPA Location: Neeti Bagh, New Delhi Role: Work on transactions across stages from sourcing, execution, investor reach out, due diligence and closure Actively lead/participate in identifying and sourcing potential leads - companies and investors Managing a team for preparation of information memorandum, management presentations, marketing pitches and other information Design and build business plans/ financial models from scratch. Work on the valuation using multiple methodologies including DCF and relative valuation for on-going transactions Client management including building relationships with companies and investors Manage execution of several projects simultaneously with a team of professionals, both within the group and across the firm, including Directors and Analysts, collaborating to develop and execute solutions to meet client needs Skill Sets 3 - 4 years of Investment Banking experience Strong track record of fundraising transactions, particularly in start-up advisory and VC domain Strong client management skills Ownership and accountability of work is key Ability to understand the dynamics of various sectors, including business models, strategy and key differentiators Strong skills in presentations, report writing, financial analysis and data management Ability to manage a variety of transactions simultaneously A critical thinker who can quickly evaluate and analyze companies and their financial information Ability to strategize on focused research, database searches and synthesize results. Resourceful self-starter, able to work autonomously and as a team player Good written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of various databases Prior Exposure (Client Facing): M&A Private Equity/ Venture Capital Startup Advisory Corporate Finance
