Calibration of CMM probes as required for each product to be inspected
Ability to read and understand CMM inspection reports, manual inspection results with reference to the relevant customer supplied drawings / models and communicate outcomes and issues with Quality, Engineering and Operations
Utilization of other inspection methods to verify any feature where CMM has inspection limitations.
Communicate with applicable GE personnel on the inspection status of products as required.
Ability to operate all CMM’s and profilometers within the facility
Supporting quality team with calibration activity requiring CMM inspection.
Actively participate in companywide quality / business improvements activities & lean practices
Uphold and practice the company’s values, policies, practices and rules at all times
Continue to personally progress and add value within the GE’s continuous improvement ethos.
Implement the company’s Health & Safety Policy in your respective areas on a day-today basis.
Complete any other reasonable duties required by the company
