- Develop and maintain Stored Procedures, Functions, Views, Synonyms, and Triggers
- Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming, for example good knowledge about Merge, BCP, Openrowset etc.
- Following standards to create a user friendly and consistent appearance.
- Maintaining code in Azure DevOps code repository
- Cultivate an understanding of business processes, systems, and various data sources to become more effective and efficient with report development.
- Work with business users and\or business analysts to understand and develop report requirements.
- Review processes and procedures and recommend improvements to management and other departments within the company to increase productivity and quality.
- Daily work with backlog of production support tickets, coordinate all systems enhancements as well as research and test new features of the Loan Servicing platform.
- Ability to create Drilldown, Linked, Parameterized, Snapshot SSRS reports.
- Design, develop and maintain SSIS Packages to support ETL Processes.
- Participate in code reviews, debug, or enhance existing code and troubleshoot for issues.
- Assist with report and table sun-setting and cleanup including bringing legacy reports and tables up to standard.
- Adhering to guidelines and standards
- Participate in weekly On-Call rotation.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities across multiple business users.
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in the mortgage servicing industry including early default, foreclosure, bankruptcy, loss mitigation, escrow, loan boarding, etc.
- Experience with Azure including DevOps, Data Factory, SQL or other cloud-based data warehouse.
- Experience in designing, developing, and testing ETL processes using SSIS.
- Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, VB script, python.
- Experience with Fivetran and Snowflake is a plus.
- Perform SQL query tuning and performance optimization on complex inefficient queries.
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent activities while managing user expectations.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment without daily oversight.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3+ years SQL, SQL Server Agent Jobs, SSRS, ETL, stored procedures, triggers, table creation, etc.
- 2+ years Mortgage Experience
- Remote candidates should have 2+ years remote experience collaborating with teams across multiple time zones
