Reporting to the Senior Systems Engineer & Chief Financial Officer you will be responsible for delivering first class It support to both our guests and colleagues. The role involves supporting different systems and there are plenty of opportunities for professional development.Success Profile

Minimum of 5 years' experience in technical support or a similar busy customer-centric environment
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate concisely at all levels
Exceptional customer service skills for dealing with internal customers, as well as external suppliers and guests
Relevant industry qualifications advantageous
Knowledge of computer systems & networks
Highly self-motivated to achieve exceptional results
Training will be provided if required

A few of these include:

Install/upgrade or replace systems.
Document work and provide guides for team members
Collaborate on projects with departments.
Attend meetings with other departments or management.
