- Monitor & maintain the efficiency of software supporting vessel operations in Maritime industry. Work closely with cross functional colleagues & vendors to triage, problem solve, enhance and keep up to date various applications.
- Administer applications including User Role provisioning following the security guidelines & organizational best practices.
- Identify process gaps by effectively collaborating with the Business, participate in the requirement gathering, capture requirements for enhancements or new developments and translate them into functional, technical specifications.
- Support Unit testing, Regression testing & User Acceptance testing and ensure the Test results are well-documented.
- 2+ years of IT Application experience in Maritime industry, strong technical knowledge of tools and technologies used to support vessel and crew activities
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting SaaS applications, and cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills
- Experience in supporting multiple applications
- Experience troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design
- Hands-on experience implementing simultaneous projects
