Hello there! We're Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we're looking for aProduct Risk SpecialistYour role in a nutshell:Join the Group Trust & Compliance team at Vodafone, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that trust is embedded into our operations and products by design. As a Risk and Compliance Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Global Senior Product Risk Manager to oversee the Trust by Design program within the Product lifecycle management process. Your efforts will ensure that Vodafone's products adhere to global obligations while maintaining efficiency and quality.What you'll do:
  • Facilitate the launch of products and services within required timelines, ensuring compliance with global obligations
  • Serve as the primary contact for the Trust by Design process, guiding Product Managers through the process seamlessly
  • Manage SLAs and reporting for the Legal, External Affairs, and Tax pillars of Trust by Design
  • Contribute to the enhancement and optimization of product governance and risk management processes
  • Act as a strategic Business Partner to the Product community throughout the product lifecycle
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate trust and compliance into key processes and decisions
  • Ensure clear and consistent risk decision-making processes are followed
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and prioritize demands effectively
What you will bring to the team:
  • Experience managing multiple demanding stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of successfully running global projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of product governance and product risk management principles is desirable
  • Subject matter expertise in areas such as Consumer law, Regulation, Privacy, Fraud, Cyber Security, Lawful intercept, Trade controls, Human rights, and IPR is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
