- BS / BA degree in business or any other relevant major.
- Proven experience in conducting training sessions, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively
Arabic and non-Arabic employees.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on
