With the backdrop of an iconic view, he or she will take and deliver all food and beverages orders and ensure the accurate recording and receipt of all chits. Additionally, our beverage cart attendant will build relationships with our guests and ensure that service excellence is met through attentive, heartfelt service. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with people and have a genuine spirit for servicing guests in a warm and helpful manner that exceeds their expectations. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons, and drunk driving
  • Understand and anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and at whatever time of day
  • Maintain positive guest relations at all times
  • Handle guest complaints following procedures and ensuring guest satisfaction
Qualifications
  • One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
  • Good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine and experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred.
  • Must be of minimum 18 years of age.
  • Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work in a fast-paced team.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
  • Ability to obtain relevant state and local government certifications, such as food handlers certificate or alcohol training certifications, as applicable to the position.
  • Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
