- Serve as an advocate for the customer, assisting with customer service-related questions, problems, and issue resolutions.
- Monitor orders and collaborate with the supervisor, customers, operations, and sales representatives to ensure customers' requests are being answered.
- Proactively engage with customers to cultivate strong working relationships and maintain an open dialogue at all times.
- Track, follow-up, and resolve the customers' outstanding issues in a timely manner.
- Prepare documentation and reports for the customer base such as customer QBR's
- 2+ years of experience in customer or client service, building and maintaining customer relationships
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
