Job Responsibilities:

Monthly preparation of group consolidation for statutory and management reporting functions
Monthly review of the financial results of subsidiaries
Preparation of full set of accounts for dormant subsidiaries
Timely and accurate preparation and analysis of financial and management reports, quarterly reports and SGX announcement of the group
Liaison with external and internal auditors during the annual audit process
Preparation of tax computations and liaison with tax agents
Preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or CPA qualification.
With 3 years relevant work experience, preferably with experience in audit, handling consolidation and being in reviewer roles.
Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards, with strong accounting knowledge
Self-motivated, with a positive learning attitude, able to work independently and proactively within a team.
Meticulous & proficient in Microsoft applications
Possess good understanding of work processes & internal controls.
