- Participating in the recruitment process from A to Z;
- Responsible for the creation and publications of job advertisements;
- Provide personal support for the applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience;
- Manage all recruitment-related activities and administrative tasks;
- Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities;
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment matters and provide guidance on candidate selection;
- Preparation of job offers, employment contracts and onboarding of new staff’s;
- Deal in the most efficient and effective manner and with high degree of accuracy with all kind of absences (i.e. sickness, exceptional leave, business trips) including updating HR Systems;
- Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations;
- Support all HR administration tasks in the most efficient and effective manner and with high degrees of accuracy and timeliness;
- Provide support to ensure that all data on HR information systems are up-to-date, current and accurate;
- Acting as a back-up for other operational assistants in the department to ensure business continuity during (un)planned absences;
- Supporting the processing of the monthly payroll, when necessary ;
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of employee information and files in physical and electronic format.
- University degree and a mandatory experience of at least 3 years in a similar HR function;
- Fluent in English (French or any other language would be an asset);
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills;
- Flexible, organised and quality oriented;
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative;
- Proficient in MS Office tools, advanced in Excel;
- Confidentiality, reliability and handle sensitive information;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
