There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:Ensure transfer Data from PLM (Enovia) to ERP, enhancing items with pertinent data provided by engineering (lead time, GECC…) and creation of associated purchase request when necessaryEnsure that all the data are clean in ERP (PMX)Provide the complete purchasing package to sourcing teamLaunch RFQ to correct Commodity based on GECC codeEnsure follow-up of ongoing RFQ to make sure all parts are purchased to avoid any missingParticipate in weekly meeting with management of each projectInteract with planning to regularly update key dates and supply any information planning needs to be updated with PFLManage the re-supply of “missing” items based on the inputs given by the Project ManagerUpdate project monitoring file with all info as well as other relevant files for the projectRequired Qualifications:Bachelor Degree from an accredited universityRelevant/Proven experience in similar positions in the Material Planning& Execution or Supply Chain fieldFluent in EnglishGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access…)Overall Planning follow up knowledgeDesired Qualifications:Experience in the Energy industry / Hydropower projects is a strong plusSAP based ERP Systems knowledgeAbility and ownership to drive improvements and change with tangible resultsSelf-directed, detail-oriented, organized, and flexibleCapable to challenges the status quo and endless curiosityAdditional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: NoTo help us track our recruitment effort, please indicate in your cover/motivation letter where (vacanciesinturkey.com) you saw this job posting.
