- Create, edit, publish and share engaging contents daily on social media channels.
- Manage social media channels daily, including respond to comments and queries.
- Collaborate with other teams, like creative and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
- Identify and partner with influencers to strengthen brand awareness.
- Stay current with market trends in social media, and study how competitors are doing across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media channels performance and generate reports and analytics monthly.
