CASH FUNCTIONS
- Reconciles safe fund including cash from registers
- Inputs overs and shorts in online tool
- Sorts, works and distributes sales detail
- Distributes reports to Store Manager, Assistant Store Managers and Leads
- Processes vouchers/change orders
- Performs month end closing
- Processes, sorts and distributes mail
- Maintains files for various reports and detail
- Responds to Detail Control Center (DCC)/reentry tasks and submits requests as needed
- Processes payroll workflow, enters approved punch corrections, converts regular hours to relevant pay codes as authorized by management, and timely commits payroll for hourly associates
- Performs clerical functions, such as tracking attendance; preparing badges, ids and temporary discount cards; following up to collect on-boarding paperwork; and maintaining payroll detail, applicant/associate files and employment documents/posters per company requirements
- Assists in obtaining, filing and maintaining delivery reports as needed (SDO stores only)
- Completes and faxes the Remote Delivery Store Discrepancy Form, Remote Delivery Incomplete Form, Shuttle Report, and signed Delivery Manifest to the MDO partner (SDO stores only)
- Adheres to privacy requirements and maintains confidentiality of customer and associate information
- Understands and utilizes Sears reporting systems to create and print reports as needed retrieves auto print reports
- Understands and maintains accuracy of data and cash counts
- Demonstrates flexibility to work a varied schedule as required by work flow and initiatives (varied hours, multiple areas)
- Uses basic internet navigation and email to access and print information/reports
- Performs other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- Basic reading, arithmetic, and writing and oral communication skills
- Basic Internet navigation skills
