We are looking for a passionate Social Influencer & Community Director to lead our vibrant influencer community and elevate our brands' presence across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube).Position Overview: As the Social Influencer & Community Director, you will be at the forefront of our PFP, PTP and UGC influencer programs, managing and directing initiatives that foster strong relationships with influencers new and retained to ensure EMV growth. You will report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with our Creative, Digital and Social Team to ensure seamless integration of influencer content. Your role is crucial in coordinating influencer’s events, managing budgets, and driving the strategic vision of our influencer programs.Requirements
Lead and manage the Community and Influencer Team, overseeing all community and PFP, PTP UGC influencer programs for Overtone and BOOM Beauty.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with influencers and brand partners.
Strategically coordinate and execute influencer events that align with brand goals and enhance community engagement.
Collaborate with the Creative, Digital and Social Media Teams to support influencer-related content and campaigns on all social platforms.
Manage budgets and monitor expenses to ensure efficient use of resources in influencer, events, and community initiatives.
Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and strategies to optimize influencer impact and ROI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in ECommerce merchandising, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
Proven experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in influencer’s event planning and execution.
Proficient in budget management and performance analysis.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Must have experience working with TRIBE and Skeepers

Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
