Job Description: Investment Advisor Registered Investment Advisor (RIA)Background:We are a pioneering corporate SEBI RIA specializing in comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory services tailored for High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), family offices, and corporates. Operating on a fee-only basis, we uphold a commitment to providing unbiased advice without sales targets, ensuring our clients' best interests remain paramount.Job Title: Investment AdvisorFull-time and currently remote with the potential for on-site work in the future. Face-to-face client meetings may be required based on the context.Job Responsibilities: * Source and onboard new clients to our platform, maintaining a focus on fostering long-term relationships built on trust and integrity.

Provide personalized financial planning and investment allocation advice to clients, aligning recommendations with their unique financial goals, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
Proactively monitor and track client portfolios, conducting regular reviews to assess performance, rebalance asset allocations, and provide timely updates and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings, streamline processes, and deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving client needs.

Eligibility: * Demonstrated prior experience in investment advisory or financial planning, preferably in a front-end client-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and results.

Established client base with a strong network and the ability to cultivate new business opportunities.
Corporate Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with proficiency in the MS Office suite, enabling effective client interactions and presentations.
Preference for candidates holding certifications such as MBA, CFA, CFP, or NISM Investment Advisor XA and XB, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and expertise in the field.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving business growth, coupled with a collaborative spirit and a dedication to maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Compensation:This role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity where compensation is based on profit-sharing from the business generated by the Advisor.
