- Support the Group Insurance Workday Integration Strategy by understanding and articulating integration requirements, test setups and coordination of integration implementation discussions.
- Provide training on new and existing Workday capabilities and work with internal partners to ensure awareness and positioning of our Workday capabilities through all steps of the quoting, marketing, and finalist process.
- Create and maintain documentation outlining Workday Configuration requirements as related to Prudential integrations.
- Support operations of partnerships including repeatable, documented processes and procedures for reporting and updating SharePoint, so information is easily accessible and communicated widely.
- Respond to Distribution inquiries on Workday capabilities and integrations, supporting RFPs, finalists, and day-to-day issues.
- Build partnerships with key partners via monthly/weekly/daily calls to find opportunities, increase awareness of trends, and resolve any issues.
- Attend select conferences or meetings to represent Prudential and connect with platform partners. Maintain and communicate takeaways/notes from all attended sessions.
- Occasional travel up to 10% may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, a related field or equivalent work experience
- Candidate should preferably have 3+ years of Group Insurance experience.
- Solid understanding of Group Insurance products and services and how they are sold.
- Experience with Workday and Workday integration tools. Workday Pro Certification is a significant plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, partnership, and presentation skills
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work across functional teams and with all levels of the organization.
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
- Comfort level with Digital technology and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
