- Lead, develop, and motivate our employees throughout the organization to foster an environment of learning and development
- Manage the internal delivery of programs and support materials, ensuring that training programs address business objectives and employee needs for both new hire and ongoing performance enhancement training
- As the Field Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for showing new hires the sales process steps by displaying and role-practicing various soft and hard closing skills that will increase results.
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure training programs align with business objectives and sales targets.
- Your sales training directly translates into improved sales performance and results in hitting goals. As your class becomes more knowledgeable and skilled, their effectiveness in closing sales and generating revenue increases.
- Assess and advise management on the effectiveness of programs and practices
- Participate in project task forces to identify training needs and ensure the effective implementation, communication, and maintenance of programs

- Bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or relevant field.
- 2-4 years of work experience in a learning and development, preferably with a training background in a classroom setting.
- Experience writing and supporting training curriculum
- Demonstrable analytical, problem solving, and time management skills
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job, or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
- 3-5 years retail sales experience, leadership preferred
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
