- Manage and resolve any customer complaints or issues related to food quality or service.
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to develop and execute special events and promotions.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing innovative menus.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and culinary trends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
