- An earned doctoral degree in health education or a closely related area OR a master’s degree in health education or a closely related area and extensive industry experience (at least three years) in health and wellness settings.
- Demonstrated proof of creative and impactful teaching with undergraduate learners, including proficiency in online instructional formats.
- Proven track record in driving innovation, showcasing resourcefulness, and consistently adopting a solutions-oriented approach to overcome challenges effectively.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and collaborative problem-solving abilities.
- Evidence of professional certifications related to health and wellness, including Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC) or Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).
- Experience working with special populations in clinical or medical contexts.
