We’re passionate innovators delivering products with more features, tighter integration and unheard-of size, weight, and power.We are seeking a full-time Manufacturing Technician to help produce our high-demand and high-quality products for civil aircraft, uncrewed aerial systems (UAS), and defense. Attention to detail is a must to work in our FAA approved manufacturing facility.Required Skills:

Must have a self-starter attitude, taking initiative with each project
Excellent motor skills and dexterity with small components
Ability to check for defects and perform in-process inspection

Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to read and follow detailed instructions
Attention to detail
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Duties require a 50/50 mix of sitting and standing

Preferred Skills:

Soldering experience
Experience with inspection equipment micrometers, calipers, height gauges
Understanding of multimeters and/or oscilloscopes
Ability to read PCB schematics
Technical writing or process documentation
Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9001 manufacturing
