  • Collaborate closely with teachers to support lesson delivery and classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Provide targeted one-on-one or small group support to students as directed.
  • Assist in preparing engaging learning materials and resources to enhance lesson effectiveness.
  • Foster positive relationships with students to support their social and emotional development.
  • Implement behavior support strategies in alignment with school policies to maintain a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Genuine passion for education and commitment to student well-being.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as a Teaching Assistant.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic educational environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and other support staff for student success.
