- Manage the content calendar and ensure timely publication across multiple social media platforms
- Collaborate with creative teams to gather content assets, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Perform quality checks on content, including copy, visuals, hashtags, and metadata
- Initiate and facilitate collaborations with creators and influencers
- Utilize content management tools and platforms to schedule, publish, and track performance
- Maintain content cadence and adjust schedules as needed based on client feedback and campaigns
- Collaborate with Account + Project Management teams to gather client insights, provide updates, and ensure alignment
- Oversee the bulk content upload process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy
- Manage the outreach process for content requiring clearances or approvals
- Provide support to Community Management teams as needed
- Contribute to content strategy and ideation, including drafting creative notes and analyzing performance insights
- Foster effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in content management, social media marketing, or a related field
- At least two years of experience with Sprinklr
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in content management tools and platforms (e.g. Asana, Notion)
- Familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
