- Follow-up with your team members in managing field operators to ensure smooth Tasks dispatching and staffing
- Make sure all Tasks are staffed and done at the right time and right level of service
- Directly manage a team of 2 to 5 office-based professionals
- Manage on a daily basis Drivers and Customers requests to ensure smooth operations
- Quickly react to our clients demands to give flexible and efficient solutions
- Manage the interactions with different stakeholders from client side

- Create and maintain processes to automate daily tasks and transfer them to our experts centers (Customer Care, Driver HR, Administrative tasks)
- Participate in elaborating the Drivers recruitment strategy
- Analyze and recommend the right KPIs to give the best picture of our operational efficiency
- You are proactive, organised and have a real knack for action and problem solving.
- You are dynamic and eager to learn from a different set of situations in a high-pressure/high-growth environment.
- You want to participate in scaling up our Italian branch and you’re ready to “shoot to the moon”!
- You are a natural troubleshooter, you manage stress and time pressure well while being able to handle critical decision making in a fast-paced environment.
- You have excellent interpersonal skills which makes you a good communicator able to explain complex situations to different stakeholders, from blue collars to C-levels, from suppliers to demanding clients.
- You have experience (up to 2 years) in directly managing people and dealing with everyday team matters
- Furthermore, you are comfortable both writing and speaking in Italian and English (French is a plus)
